The Secret Place
You took me to the secret place
There You spoke to me
Pledged my deliverance
My God and my Lord, You set me free
Alone with You in silence
New breath inhaled again
I heard and experienced Your presence
Deep called unto deep, began

For You have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.
Called out of darkness. Called to walk worthy of our calling, with God our Father. Redeemed by the precious blood of the Lamb to bring God glory. His Holy Spirit working in us, righting the wrongs, learning the lessons, studying to show ourselves approved, not wanting to be ashamed due to ignorance.
Repentance is the greatest gift next to receiving His Life Giving Holy Spirit. Without the first, we cannot receive the next.
C.S. Lewis wrote, in Mere Christianity, “when we Christians behave badly, or fail to behave well, we are making Christianity unbelievable to the outside world.“
