Happy Independence Day, USA. America, America God shed His grace on thee.
This day is more than a lake day, more than a cook out and much more than we may be remembering.
When writing the poem below, I couldn’t help but think about our Great Nation and what we are truly built for. The Lord, has been showing me and teaching me many things the last few years concerning the United States Of America. We know our legal system is fashioned and designed by biblical doctrine and principles. This is not a surprise to anyone. We have been known as a big brother to Israel and other countries. The fireworks represent the bombs bursting in air. The loud explosions represent hearing the sounds of the bombs as they exploded. There are many, many observances that are to remind us of a very important day and time in the history of our Nation. The legal separation of the Thirteen Colonies from Great Britain in 1776 actually occurred on July 2, and had been proposed in June.
But what I want to share today is this. Have you stopped to consider, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is preached to all the world, from our Great Nation, The United States of America? I know we (jer USA lem) are in the sovereign plan of God, and Our LORD had this planned long before Christopher Columbus sailed. I know Our LORD is saying to all of His people to rise up and be bold. The righteous are bold as a lion, we are told in scripture.
I can see as it is, a great fountain of water shooting up and showering the entire earth, with living water, the word, the hope, the truth and most of all Salvation. I pray we can see and hear this year, the heart of our Lord Jesus Christ, saying, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I Am with you always, even until the end of the age.
Oh Say Can We See
What so proudly they hailed
At the twilights last gleam,
Oh the stars and the stripes
Have we forgotten the dream?
Oh say can you see?
And did you ever imagine,
That our Great Nation
Would shrink back, lagging?
Listen with me
To the echoes of time,
See the excitement
The securing of lines.
I hear the words
Of their Telling the story,
Accounts of history
While recounting the glory.
Oh Say As We Hear
Our hopes and our dreams,
they were very real,
We did endeavor
To seal the deal.
Not only our future,
At the twilights last gleam
We fought with all our might,
We were one with this dream.
The rockets red glare
burst right before our eyes.
So bright were the flares
That did light up nights sky.
This Great Nation, USA
The One Ordained by God,
have you forgotten
Do you drift off and nod?
When on your bed
Your head soft pillow lay,
Do you stop and think
Freedoms price we paid?
Consider and ponder
About your entitlement,
It was at our expense,
Oh now deemed violent.
We believed in freedom
Forever may it ring,
Fight and secure our land
Our hearts song, did sing.
Not mere freedom but morality to grow,
ushering in The Gospel hope,
A land Blessed by God,
Not this immoral tightrope.
Columbus did sail
With a cry in his soul.
Did he truly understand
This call or his role?
The rebar of our great Country
History acknowledges is Christianity,
America how did you lose your way,
To Accept this insanity?
Oh say will you look?
At Amber waves of grain,
Remembering the families
The trials and strain.
Finders keepers,
if perfectly honest,
losers weepers, No
You still desire this promise.
What so proudly we hailed
Now placing in your hands,
We are counting on you
To preserve our great land.
So much more than a Flag
It was more than a fight
Can you feel our hearts cry
On That twilight.
Many prayers were prayed
With rockets red glare,
Over nights dark sky,
Glance back; take a look if you dare.
We ask but one simple gesture.
Just one moment on bended knee,
Praying with us, America, America,
God shed His grace on thee.

“O beautiful for heroes proved
In liberating strife,
Who more than self their country loved
And mercy more than life!
America! America!
May God thy gold refine,
Till all success be nobleness,
And every gain divine!
O beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America!
God shed His grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!”
America America
God mend thy every flaw
Confirm thy soul in self control
Thy liberty in law.

I am so grateful to be a citizen of the United States of America. One Nation Under God, my prayer is that we may again be indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you for all who have fought for our freedom, past, present, and future, I salute your service, bravery, and for a answering the call.
I pray you each have a very safe, and Happy Fourth of July. If you haven’t taken time to thank our Lord Jesus Christ that you live in the USA, now is a great time to stop and bow your head and do that. Please pray for our military and all soldiers, the men and women who sacrifice that we may have and enjoy this freedom, and for their families at home. America, America God shed His grace on Thee. God Bless you richly.
God Bless the USA Thank you for listening with me. Laurette
