Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here, He has risen as He said. (John 24:5)
“Resurrection Morning”
“Resurrection morning.”
What was on her mind
The tomb, the wounds, His body
It was anointing time
“Resurrection morning”
What a harrowing deal
Why did they crucify my Lord
Can this all be real
“Resurrection morning,”
She couldn’t have been prepared
For all the jubilation
Heaven was about to share
Where have you taken Him
Where have you laid My Lord
Tell me now I must know
Two Angels answered, these words
Why do you search for the living
While looking among the dead
You won’t find Jesus here
He has risen just as He said
And at that precise moment
Before she could scarce believe
Seeing she thought the Gardner
Have you taken Him? Oh the fear and grief
He said to her why do you weep
He called her name Mary, she knew
She turned, she saw, and at that moment said
Oh my Rabboni, saying Teacher it is You
Go and tell My disciples
And yes Peter too
I have risen and I live
Eternity with The Father, restored to you
“Resurrection morning”
A woman sent to tell.
He is Risen and He lives
And Triumphed over Hell
Now two thousand years have passed
And I’ve been sent to tell
He did rise and He lives
I know this very well!
I walked with Him in the garden
He did talk with me.
He said, “go and tell them
I want them for all eternity.”
Let them know I love them
And for this reason I came
That they can become family
By calling on My Name
“Resurrection morning.”
What does this mean to you
I came to tell you Jesus Christ
Is waiting for you too

John 20:15,18
Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to him, “Rabboni!” (Which is to say, Teacher).
Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that He had spoken these things to her.
God bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord lift up His countenance on you and give you Shalom.
Until Next time, thank you for listening with me. Laurette
