These blossoms seem fixed on something and to be standing at attention. Looking out the window, at the beautiful Jasmine blooms, something caught my eye. It seemed to me they have been summoned to hear, now positioned, intent on not missing a thing. With calm assurance they reach toward the sun. I’m reminded of the power of agreement in scripture. Jesus instructs, if any two of you agree…
“Again, I give you an eternal truth: If two of you agree to ask God for something in a symphony of prayer, my heavenly Father will do it for you. For wherever two or three come together in honor of my name, I am right there with them!” ( Matthew 18:19-20 TPT)
My prayer is that we continue in faith and believe, believe in the power of prayer with calm assurance, with our faith fixed on God, The One who hears. Jesus is perfecting in us the God kind of faith. What a reason to bloom and pay attention.
