I Yield the Pen

I yield the pen

I yield the pen
Also the paper
I yield to the hand
Of the Story Maker

Your Name is written
Author of Glory
The words profound
Tell the story

Comprehensive and intact
Plunged and pressed
Redemption’s ink
Salvation’s Rest

Beautiful print!

As painful as it is we come to understand, there is purpose in pain, wisdom in waiting, comfort in the confusion, glory revealed in grueling circumstances, peace in the pause, joy in being jostled about, rest during the test, and an end to the trial, and salvation in no other name, but Christ.

After the trial, glancing back, we see The Lord’s heartprints and footprints…
He was, and is, and is to come.

Truth

Only in Christ

You show that you are a letter from Christ, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on stone tablets but on tender hearts
(2 Corinthians 3:3).

God bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord cause His countenance to rise upon you and give you Shalom.

Until next time, thank you for listening with me. Laurette
